This exceptional ham comes from pure Iberian pigs raised free in the dehesa, a unique Mediterranean landscape filled with oak trees.
Here, they live the way they should: roaming freely for at least two years, feeding on natural grass, roots, fresh spring water… and, for several months, on acorns.
Those acorns are everything. Packed with oleic acid (the same healthy fat found in olive oil), they give the ham its signature aroma, silky texture, and deep, unforgettable flavor.
