3. Outdoor Services & Weather Conditions

For services conducted outdoors, we reserve the right to determine whether weather conditions are suitable for safe and proper service delivery.

If weather conditions (including but not limited to heavy rain, strong winds, storms, or other hazardous conditions) make it impossible or unsafe to perform the service:

  • You will be offered the option to reschedule your booking to a later date at no additional cost.
  • Refunds may be issued at our discretion or as outlined in our Cancellation Policy.

We are not responsible for delays or interruptions caused by weather conditions beyond our control. You are responsible to cancel the event if you think that we will not be able to perform.
